RawChemix supports B2B supply programs for industrial chemicals and raw materials. Compliance is handled through customer-specific documentation, operational checks, and responsible communication during enquiry and contract stages.

This page describes general principles. Contract terms, technical requirements, and regional obligations are confirmed per transaction.

Safety Data Sheets (SDS) and specification information may be provided for business customers during the enquiry process. Customers remain responsible for site safety, training, protective equipment, and application decisions.

• Customer confirms safe storage, handling, dosing and disposal procedures.
• Customer ensures permits and local compliance for hazardous materials.
• Transport and packaging requirements are defined during RFQ/contract stage.

Documentation and quality expectations depend on product, origin, packaging and regional rules. When applicable, supporting documents may include specifications, SDS, and logistics notes aligned with the agreed supply conditions.

Customers should review documents with their technical and compliance teams and confirm requirements in writing before shipment.

RawChemix may perform reasonable screening related to trade compliance, sanctions, and end-use restrictions where applicable. We may request information about the purchasing entity, destination, and intended use.

We may decline enquiries when legal restrictions, logistics constraints, or compliance risks apply.
